Health Metric Analysis
When Your Body Feels “Off”
A gentle, non-invasive wellness approach that blends modern technology with naturopathic insight.
Listening to Your Body
Most of us occasionally sense that our bodies just aren’t performing at their best. We can’t quite pinpoint what’s wrong — we just know something feels off. Because laboratory testing is expensive, doctors don’t usually order medical tests based solely on this feeling. As a result, many people push through, hoping the feeling will pass and their energy will return.
As someone who believes in a naturopathic approach to wellness, I am always looking for ways to support clients when they know something isn’t quite right but can’t explain why, or, feel okay but want to be proactive in their health.
A Modern, Non-Invasive Solution

After extensive research and study, I discovered a helpful solution: specialized software and technology that scans the body across hundreds of health metrics. Unlike blood tests, this process is non-invasive and has been used for decades within Chinese alternative health practices. List of Potential Health Metrics that are analyzed and provided to you. Example of the details of one Health Metric.
Does It Work?
"I had a Health Metric Analysis from Lynda and found the results both insightful and impressive. The information she provided helped me clearly identify areas of my health that need improvement. Technology and Your Body
The human body functions as an electrical system, which is why tools such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) are used in medical settings. Healthy and unhealthy cells operate at different frequencies.
The software and technology I use also uses Magnetic Resonance (MR) principles. Similar to how oxygen levels are measured in hospitals or clinics, it reads signals influenced by your body’s oxygen levels and electronic impulses. Think of it as a non-medical wellness assessment — it does not diagnose conditions. It highlights areas that may benefit from further attention and are often, not symptomatic. I like to call this "Technology-informed - Naturopathically guided".
FYI, this is similar, but more detailed technology used in "smart rings and watches" as they also measure metrics through oxygen and electrical impulses.
"I saw Lynda for a health metrics assessment. What a cool experience, and did I ever receive a book-full of information!
Lynda loves information, so she does the research to find out how to best support you based on the results. She cares and wants to support her clients to not only live their best life, but feel their best doing it! I really appreciated this experience and the time and energy Lynda put into this process!"

Why Lynda?
Technology doesn't make you feel better. I bring technology and naturopathy together to help clients better understand what their body may be asking for. The technology identifies key areas that may need support, and I use my naturopathic expertise to translate those insights into clear, practical steps.
I have a Naturopathy Practitioner Certificate from the Scholistico located in Laval, Quebec. This course is accredited by external bodies like International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), Canadian Medical Association (CMA), Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and is listed as an accredited provider with the International Council for Holistic Practitioners (ICAHPP).
As part of my Health Metric Analysis, the Naturopathic recommendation that I offer may include nutrition adjustments, movement, targeted supplements when appropriate, and other supportive wellness practices.
Should I Trust This?
"I had a health metric analysis completed by Lynda. The test was super quick and easy and was loaded with lots of pertinent data. Lynda took extensive time to review and break down into an understandable format that I could use to get a 'big picture' of my health, make lifestyle adjustments and use in a proactive approach to my well-being. It also gave me some indication of areas of concern I may want to discuss with my doctor. I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend going through this process with Lynda!"
