It seems like every day I meet someone who is either involved in Metaphysical modalities or is just curious about this topic. Some could say that is the Universe sending these people to me to meet. Ha. I know it is hard to find people who you feel comfortable enough to trust with your own Spiritual Journey. That is what this page is devoted to. I will only list those I have trusted with my journey and know they will be caring and helpful in yours.

Reach out to Diana as she is the custodian of this beautiful retreat centre. It was originally founded by the Sisters of St. Martha of Antigonish, Nova Scotia, the Centre continues to provide a venue for guided and self-directed renewal. They have a multitude of programs and events that provide opportunities to enhance spiritual well-being, understanding and wisdom. When there spend some time looking over the beautiful coulees while peacefully walking the outdoor labyrinth.
